Summer retrospect / 8
September 23, 2011
This summer I visited Rødvig. It is situated on Sjælland ( Zealand ), which is the largest of the Danish islands. Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, is 70 km north of Rødvig.
This is the view from the cottage area south of Rødvig overlooking Fakse Bay.
To the right of this small road leading to the sea is the area with summer cottages.
A lovely place for a hiking trip, a trip down to swim in the sea – or simply to enjoy the peace and sunshine in the scenic area.

I really like these photos, especially the bottom one with the road. It just makes me want to take a along walk there. 🙂

This was exactly what we did. We go to this place every year, because my parents in law have a small summer house here.

The first image looks so calm and peaceful. Did you stay at the cottage? It must be really nice there in the Summer.
