On the Sunny Spring Sunday seeds of the wetland plant, Typha, are ready in the sunshine to disperse by wind.
I really hope, that this nice spring weather will soon return to Denmark!

Beautiful image, Truels. Our snow is almost melted. Let’s hope spring finally comes to all of us.

Yes, I too hope that spring will come to your country soon, Truels. It’s been cold and wintery for long enough.

Nix – no signs of spring – skønt solen stadig skinner hele dagen – og er man heldig at finde læ kan man dog mærke dens tiltagende energi 🙂

Very beautiful photo. I love it how sun is illuminating Typhas. Do You have any common names for Typhas? We call them generally “batons” due to their appearances. 🙂

In Denmark we call these plants “Dunhammer” (“Down Hammer) and I think the English name is bulrush, or reedmace…..
