Here’s another of the common and amazing trees of Tanzania: Acacia. Its special and beautiful growth form can be seen everywhere on the vast plains of the country.

    Superb tree and image, could be a painting. To me, an acacia standing alone in the savane means Africa. I immediately associate it with this great continent even though I assume acacias grow elsewhere too.

    Those acacias are such a typical feature of the African savannah. So gracefully spreading their crowns. In this picture you really captured the spirit of the savannah. Beautiful.
