Colors on a grey day.
October 24, 2012
I went out for an autumn walk this afternoon. This is the view from my house down the road, where I live in Mårslet – (Gammel Bedervej).
Please click photos for best view!
A boy hurried home from school across the road in front of the church – (Hørretvej).
Here I have reached the other side of the church – (Obstrupvej).
This is a shortcut homewards, a path not far from my house called “Hulvejen” (“The sunken road”).
♥
I did not walk very long this afternoon. But I enjoyed the view of the autumn colors – and the following days I will try something new (for me):
I will post one photo every day for the next week – showing details from the autumn in my hometown, Mårslet:
“Hunting autumn colors”
Very nice, Truels. I liked going on the walk with you & I am looking forward to seeing how your autumn looks.

You are so heartly welcome to come over here and walk this way with me. Or some of the many other places in little Denmark. And I am lucky to have plenty of room for overnight guests 🙂

I like to live here. But I think most of us, who are lucky to live in wealthy areas of the world, have access to some areas with nature to enjoy…

Hi Truels,
I came to visit your blog via Nye Noona.
I agree with everyone, these set of photos are beautiful. The church and the trail with fallen leaves are my favorites. It evokes a sense of calm and joy.

A very poetic walk through your Autumn, Truels. The Sunken Road is simply beautiful. What a good idea to take a pic a day for a week! I will come back 🙂

Hello Isa. Yes, i will try this (a post every day) again the following days from today. Now with photos from the Botanical Garden in Århus, which is right beside Den Gamle By, where I am working. I often take a walk over there after work 🙂
