Beautiful colors. We see them many places for a short period this time of the year.
I prefer the last image because the perspective gives a good illustration of the use of these flowers.
I think you might have some ‘insider’ knowledge on how to make the best of these plants?
Your comment makes it 2 – 1 to the last perspective.
If you want, I can find some more informations about these plants, right now i do not even remember the name 😉
Beautiful colours – such a deep, rich violet… I prefer the second one too because it gives such a sense of perspective; it almost makes me feel as though it could *lead towards* something mysterious, like a secluded enchanted garden or something like that.
Such a beautiful splash of colour to show your spring weather. It has rained so much here the past week, I will just have to enjoy your spring colours for a while.
The last day temperatures have been BELOW 10 dgr. C here – not much feeling of spring-weather 😦 But the plants seem to feel some spring – their cols give me a little warmth….
Dear reader!
If any adverts appear on my blog, please know that they were not put there by me, but by Wordpress.com. I do not know and do not support products advertised here without my knowledge!
The 2nd one is much more interesting to look at. Leads your eye from front to back.

Second shot is the winner! The POV, the leading line, the diagonal composition and the DOF.
