Adelaide street life # 2

February 29, 2012

Captured in Febuary 2011, Adelaide, Australia.

An Aboriginal Indigenous Australian musician played the didgeridoo.

He stands beside a stunning work of art – consisting of two large, shiny balls on top of each other.

Great foto, like the why one can see you reflect in the center of the sphere. The art reminds me about this piece of art that are located at the Vatican http://www.flickr.com/photos/asianfiercetiger/6157512742/ . Looks like the fifth world forming ;0) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fifth_World_(Native_American_mythology))

The sculpture from the Vatican is great! And the story of the Fifth World is very interesting. And you found me taking the photo! Hope you have a good weekend, Rasmus (and I!) is looking forward to see you soon here – he is very happy for your present 😉

You’re too far away for labelling this as a self portrait 🙂
    …I like spheres!

Every time when I see a huge ball, it reminds me from

    Stone spheres of Costa Rica.

The ball in Your photo is shining, unlike those balls in Costa Rica. Very interesting photo.

Hello Matti. This round shape is fascinating, and even more if reflecting…

A fascinating photograph, Truels. Clever composition, with the street scene kind of blending into the reflection in the sphere.
