Danish winter landscape

February 10, 2012

Another Danish winter landscape.

In the background Århus Bugt (Bay of Århus) in front of Mols.

I am glad that our Arctic climate now is a bit warmer 😉 – only a few minus dgr. C…..

The snow accentuates the beautiful lines of our hills here. Although there has not fallen very much snow.

I love to be there ( of course at the window of a house which has a good fireplace full of fire !!!)
The color of the grass or I don’t know bushes in foreground and that line in back ground is a nice and gorgeouse set .
Why don’t you knit a sweater for yourself by the help of this image ?! 🙂

I’m afraid a sweater knitted by me would not be very useful here!
It is brown grass in the foreground. And in fact there is a little green grass seen in the snow on the field 🙂 : A promise of better and warmer times….

Snow everywhere…is like watching a landscape from my country. 😀 Beautiful view! However, I can’t wait to go to the seaside and tan on 35 degrees Celsius weather. 😀

I agree! Give me spring – and summer – SOON!
I think the winter and snow is hard even in South Europe these days…..

Truels, that winter photo could be of farm fields with the Bay of Fundy in the background. Quite lovely. Glad it’s warming up, but shouldn’t it be above zero by now ?

AND I’m glad, that our temperatures are above zero now – in the daytime at least 🙂

With the wind it was in the -11C here today. Time for those fancy camera gloves. Your recent landscapes are so beautiful.

I remember the area from my early youth, one couple of my grandparents lived around there – wonderful to see it in winter outfit… 😉

I loved the lines of this landscape too – intensified by the light from the sun right on the hill curves…
