I agree with Hans. They are facinating, the four white men.
I like your choice of details here. The white concrete is good in sunshine on a blue background.
And the person sitting between the feet of one man gives us the scale which would otherwise be very difficult to imagine.

I am very fascinated by these men – and have been it ever since they were set up here. And the light, the blue sky and a few random people helped me with the images 🙂

They look so commanding seen from the point of view of the first image. I imagine it’s quite an experience seeing them in person.

There are some symbolism in these statues and the way they sit and look out over the sea. Besides they are quite impressive just to look at.

Yes , yes .. p1300557 is my favorite although I love all of them together and your writting about them . In 557 we see a huge monster with very kind eyes ! I love this paradox .. and also the blue sky in contrast with that big white !! 🙂 (-:
Sometimes when I think about some huge statues in ancient art , I ask myself how do they built them with those facilities and why nowadays they are less than should be with these fasiities ?
Now that Danish artist do it in a very huge but human shape , specially very kind one … for me
_ within myself _ they bring security because they are watching us and can save the earth .
Send my best wishes to the Danish artist . Thanks a lot for sharing and have a good day .

Magnificent sculptures, Truels, I wonder how they look all big and bare in the snow? Hope you had a wonderful holiday.

Interesting idea – to capture these white sculptures in snow! BUT: No snow here this year – until now…..

Hej, cool pictures. I like the second and third the most!

Those statues very much remind me of Jens Søndergaard’s sculpture in Bovbjerg. It touches me in a very special way, the man standing on top of the cliff looking at the horizon.
