Jelshøj

Jelshøj – a 128 m high hill (the tallest “mountain” in Denmark is Yding Skovhøj – 173 m). The top of the hill is really a burial mound from the Bronze Age.

From here you have a beautiful view over Århus (north) – the second biggest city in Denmark. A few km to the south my little town is hidden in the snow-white landscape between hills and trees……

    How interesting! I didn’t know Denmark was such a flat country; are you just above sea level then?
