Winter landscape pattern
February 24, 2013
A winter walk can bring both white and cold experiences.
In B&W:
Which do you find is best?
Meanderer asked me to take up the challenge of finding and shooting the most interesting patterns in the landscape. -
Maybe there are more interesting things to be found in the winter landscape???….?

I like both. I love winter, snow and everything that goes with it. Tonight, I think I prefer the second image, that could change tomorrow. Good night!
Thanks for your comment, I know you people from Norway are experts in snow
The second image works better for my eyes.
The problem is the blue ice-color, isn’t it?!!
The natural blues reflecting in the snow works best for me.
OK, thanks David
I think the B&W looks interesting, although it doesn’t look like snow but more like salt to me.
Ha, yes, I did not think of that
I like the top one with the colour, the hint of blue shows just how cold the snow is.
OK, didn’t consider that really before – that the blue makes the image “colder”…
I like the colour one best here.
OK. I think I will check my archives for some patterns for you too…..
Hej Truels.
Mvh.karin.
Lyder godt med din have.
PS Min variant, men i farger
Hej Rune.
I love the blue tones in the first image!
Thanks, Kala. The blue snow is beutiful – but not so natural.
I am glad you are back here, I love your photos!
