Magic in the night
July 31, 2012
Driving home in the middle of the night I passed the valley around the village Assedrup between Odder and Århus.
It was past midnight – but I had to stop and try capturing this magic scene. Even I did not bring my tripod 
So I used my car as tripod!
Not many of the photos were useable.
This was the best

Just lovely Truels. Love the mist.
It was pure magic to stand ther taking LOTS of photos in the quiet night.
Truels, the scene is absolutely beautiful. It still look so bright out, we wouldn’t be able to see anything here after 22:00.
Around midsummer the night here is very light and short! But no night-sunshine as longer up north in Norway…..
Wow, amazing. Can’t believe that’s after midnight though, it’s dark here at about 10 now, and getting earlier and earlier
Here it’s already getting much darker again in the night too……………
That’s beautiful. I can imagine a story being woven around that landscape and mist.
Oh yes, it really turns one’s senses and imagination……………………..

The fog/mist is beautiful!
Pretty cool, too, to still be so light out at midnight. We just came back from northern Michigan, where it didn’t get dark until after 10 pm.
These summer nights are amazing, eh?!

I love this photo myself and think it is one of my best
Et virkelig stemningsfullt bilde. Tåken er selvsagt et viktig element i bildet, men jeg liker også den dyp blå fargen som ligger over landskapet i kontrast til den neste utbrente, gylne himmelen. Treet som stikker opp av tåken gir øyet et sted å hvile og vende tilbake til. Nydelig!
